The new Help to Buy 2021/2023 Equity Loan Scheme for First Time Buyers only has now been launched and reservations are already being taken.
Matthew Homes are able to offer the scheme on selected properties allowing First Time Buyers to have the opportunity to use the Help to Buy 20% Government Equity Loan, (40% in London), and therefore only requiring a 5% deposit to purchase.
