Matthew Homes commitment to you, the purchaser, continues after you have legally completed on your new home.

Your new home comes with a ten year structural warranty provided by your warranty provider. As part of this ten-year warranty, the first two years from legal completion are covered by Matthew Homes. Any defects within these first 2 years should be reported directly to Matthew Homes via the dedicated Aftersales Department. Matthew Homes will cover defects, poor workmanship or materials and component failure in line with guidelines provided by your warranty provider.

For the remainder of your warranty (from years three to ten), any issues will then need to be reported directly to your warranty provider.

There are some defects that will not be covered under the warranty. Guidance on these are outlined in your warranty documentation which is provided as part of the completion pack you will receive when you complete the purchase of your home. You can also find out more information from the relevant warranty provider websites.
