We are pleased to share that Matthew Homes has been granted planning consent for 21 new dwellings as the next phase at Waterbeach, South Cambridgeshire. This will include 8 affordable homes and 1 self-build plot together with open space.
The scheme will provide financial contributions towards local facilities including the expansion of the local primary school, adult learning equipment for the local library, provision and maintenance of a children’s play area in the local vicinity and improvements to the village hall.
We hope to start construction later in the year!
