The thriving South Cambridgeshire village of Balsham is set in undulating countryside some 10 miles to the south east of the University City of Cambridge. Extensive shopping and leisure opportunities are available in Cambridge and the surrounding towns of Saffron Walden, Newmarket and Haverhill which are all within easy reach.
