BERRY HOUSE FARM is a pleasantly located development in the popular village of Swavesey in Cambridgeshire, just nine miles north-west of the University City of Cambridge and some three miles south-east of the town of St Ives.

Swavesey is a picturesque village surrounded by beautiful fields and countryside with some lovely local walks. Nearby is the RSPB reserve of Fen Drayton which offers a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquillity, while the River Great Ouse flows to the north of the village with riverside walks and a number of local pubs and villages to explore.

The village benefits from both Swavesey Primary School and Swavesey Village College, secondary school, whilst providing additional facilities for adult education.

Swavesey lies just to the north of the A14, which offers easy access to Cambridge and the M11 for access to Stansted Airport and East London. The village also benefits from the Cambridgeshire Busway which runs a regular service between Huntingdon, St Ives and Cambridge. Both Huntingdon and Cambridge offer fast and frequent rail links to London King’s Cross St Pancras
